Qantas Frequent Flyer
You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee usually applies. However, AMP has arranged for complimentary membership for new customers who join here. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
Qantas Business Rewards
Your business must be a Qantas Business Rewards member to earn and use Qantas Points for the business. Membership of Qantas Business Rewards and the earning of Qantas Points as a business are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. A joining fee usually applies. However, AMP has arranged for complimentary membership for new customers who join here.

Terms and conditions effective Monday 14 April, 2025.
(i) The promoter is AMP Bank Limited ABN 15 081 596 009 (AMP Bank), AFSL and Australian credit licence 234517.
(ii) You can earn Qantas Points through the AMP Bank Qantas Frequent Flyer & Qantas Business Rewards Programs by:
- being a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) Program and/or the Qantas Business Rewards (QBR) Program; and
- linking your QFF or QBR Account by entering your membership number via the AMP Bank app.
Membership with the QFF Program and QBR Program is subject to the QFF Terms and Conditions and/or the QBR Terms and Conditions, as applicable.
(iii) Customers who link their QFF and/or QBR Account via the AMP Bank app will earn double Qantas Points on balances (earning 2 Qantas Points for every $10 of their average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000) within their Everyday Account and/or Everyday Business Account until 31 July 2025. (Promotion)
(iv) Terms and conditions in relation to the:
- AMP Bank Everyday Account and Everyday Business Account and
- AMP Bank Qantas Frequent Flyer & Qantas Business Rewards Program
apply and can be viewed at AMP Bank Transaction Account Terms and Conditions.
(v) AMP Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including if any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of AMP Bank.
** Earning Qantas Points
You must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with the AMP Bank Everyday Account in the AMP Bank app to earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000 in balances. Points will be earned on account balances in accordance with the Transaction Account Terms and Conditions. To determine the average monthly balance for your Transaction Account, add the closing balance from each day in the month together, and then divide the total by the number of days in the month. Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.
You must link the ABN associated with your Qantas Business Rewards Account with a matching ABN in your AMP Bank Everyday Business Account to earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000 in balances. Points will be earned on account balances in accordance with the Transaction Account Terms and Conditions. To determine the average monthly balance for your Transaction Account, add the closing balance from each day in the month together, and then divide the total by the number of days in the month. Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Business Rewards ccount within 30 days.
1 Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) by an Accepted Payment Card in addition to the points required on Classic Flight Reward flights. Qantas Points required and taxes, fees and carrier charges are subject to change and quoted at the time of booking. For more information, visit Classic Flight Rewards.
2 Classic Upgrade Rewards are available on Classic Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, Classic Plus Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, eligible paid and confirmed Qantas domestic and international flights with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket, and from time to time on codeshare flights operated by another carrier that have a QF flight number on your ticket. Classic Upgrade Rewards are not available from all fare types. See tables for details. Classic Upgrade Rewards are subject to capacity controls and availability (which is limited). 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer members can use Qantas Points when booking hotel accommodation through qantas.com/hotels or holiday packages through qantas.com/holidays, using Points Plus Pay. Members cannot use points for additional charges paid to the hotel for extras (including cots, breakfasts and other incidentals) on check-in or check-out (as applicable). Points Plus Pay allows you to choose the number of Qantas Points you use above the specified minimum level of 5,000 and pay for the remainder of the booking value with an Accepted Payment Card (including VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
