Qantas Frequent Flyer is a loyalty program where members can earn Qantas Points to use on flights, hotels and holidays, wine, Marketplace and more.
If you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can earn Qantas Points by linking your Everyday Account to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
You can earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000. For example, a $10,000 average balance earns 1,000 Qantas Points in that month.
Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.

You can view the Qantas Points earned on your AMP Everyday Account in your Qantas Activity Statement or by logging into the Qantas App.
Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days. It may take up to 30 days for points to appear on your Qantas Activity Statement.
Qantas Points are earned on the monthly average balance. If your monthly average balance was below $10, you will not qualify to earn points for that month. If your monthly average balance was above $10, please check the AMP Bank App to ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is correctly linked to your Everyday Account. You can do this by accessing the Qantas Frequent Flyer menu option ensuring your Qantas Frequent Flyer account is linked. If you're still experiencing issues, please get in touch with us via the ‘Help’ section of the AMP Bank app.
If you unlink your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, you will no longer earn Qantas Points on your Everyday Account. You can re-link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at any time to start earning Qantas Points again.

** Earning Qantas Points
You must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with the AMP Bank Everyday Account in the AMP Bank app to earn 1 Qantas Point for every $10 of your average monthly account balance, up to $5,000,000 in balances. Points will be earned on account balances in accordance with the Transaction Account Terms and Conditions. To determine the average monthly balance for your Transaction Account, add the closing balance from each day in the month together, and then divide the total by the number of days in the month. Qantas Points are calculated at the end of each calendar month and applied to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 30 days.
1 Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) by an Accepted Payment Card in addition to the points required on Classic Flight Reward flights. 2 Classic Upgrade Rewards are available on Classic Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, Classic Plus Flight Rewards in Economy and Premium Economy, eligible paid and confirmed Qantas domestic and international flights with a Qantas (QF) flight number on your ticket, and from time to time on codeshare flights operated by another carrier that have a QF flight number on your ticket. 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer members can use Qantas Points when booking hotel accommodation through qantas.com/hotels or holiday packages through qantas.com/holidays, using Points Plus Pay. Members cannot use points for additional charges paid to the hotel for extras (including cots, breakfasts and other incidentals) on check-in or check-out (as applicable). Points Plus Pay allows you to choose the number of Qantas Points you use above the specified minimum level of 5,000 and pay for the remainder of the booking value with an Accepted Payment Card (including VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
