CustomSuper is a super fund offered to you through your employer, providing you with super benefits for your retirement, and insurance for you and your loved ones.

This product is closed to new employer plans, but new members can continue to join existing employer plans.

An investment approach for you

CustomSuper can cater to a range of investment preferences, depending on how involved you want to be. You can choose our MySuper lifecycle option, as well as a range of multi-sector and single-sector investment options.

If you don’t make an investment choice, our MySuper lifecycle investment option will provide you with an investment style tailored to your age group. And if you do want choice, we have over 80 investment options that you can choose from.

Insurance for you and your loved ones

Holding insurance cover through CustomSuper can be a tax-effective way to protect you and your family financially.
Your CustomSuper membership will generally include insurance benefits payable in the event of Death, Terminal Illness and Total and Permanent Disablement.

In 2013, AMP paid more than $850.4 million in claims across our trauma, life, terminal illness, total and permanent disability and income insurance policies. We have a proactive, fair and transparent approach to assessing claims, and we’ll be there for you every step of the way if you need to make a claim.

MySuper is a simple default investment option. It is intended by the government to make comparing super products easier based on key differences like cost and investment performance. MySuper authorised means it meets the specific standards set under legislation, including fee structures and generally a basic level of insurance coverage.

If you don't select an investment option, your contributions will be paid into a MySuper investment option.

As a CustomSuper member, your family is eligible to join and enjoy the many benefits of the fund as well.
