As your portfolio grows, unlock lower rates for administration fees
Our tier structure has a minimum administration fee of $180 pa ($15 per month) and the fee rate gets progressively lower in each tier1. Administration fees are only charged on the first $1.25m for a member or family group.

An Investment fee of 0.75% pa applies to Cash accounts.

Where individual or family fee aggregation applies, the minimum is applied at the group level and proportioned based on the balance held in each account.

How can I view my acount details?
You can view your account details by logging into North Online. You can do this by selecting the Login button (at the top right-hand corner) and entering your user ID and password. If you’re logging in for the first time you would have been sent your user ID in our welcome letter and a temporary password. If you have any problems logging into your account, please call the North Service Centre on 1800 667 841.
